IMPACT — VEHICLE PRESENTATION METHOD

I
INTRODUCE with a Question — Open question tied to what the customer told you during qualification.
M
MENTION the Feature — Point to it, name it clearly and simply.
P
PROVIDE a Description — What it is and how it works. Brief, not technical.
A
ADVANTAGES — The Benefit — How this directly benefits this customer based on their needs.
C
CONFIRM with a Tie-Down — Subconscious agreement. e.g. "That's exactly what you were after, isn't it?"
T
TAKE NOTE — Observe — Read their reaction before moving on. Nodding? Quiet? Engaged?

6-POSITION PRESENTATION ORDER

Pull over at a scenic stop during the test drive. SP drives first, sets climate + radio to customer preference, then steps out for the presentation away from dealership distractions.

Front of Vehicle
Design, safety tech
POSITION 2
Under Bonnet
Engine, efficiency, performance
POSITION 3
Passenger Side Exterior

POSITION 4
Rear & Boot
Cargo, boot function, rear safety
POSITION 5
Back Seat

POSITION 6

After Position 6 — step back. Let them admire the car. Wait for their comment. Then: "Can you picture that in your driveway?"

SCENARIO 1 — LIVE AI ROLEPLAY

Claude AI plays Dave and Sarah — a real couple walking onto the lot. The conversation is completely unscripted and reacts to exactly what you type. After each of your responses, ARIA gives a coaching note — rate it, add your reasoning. That raw data is what feeds the brain.
